Constructive Criticism

Ever wondered on how to get your critical remarks across without offending the other one? Well then the Hamburger Method of Constructive Criticism might be worth reading. It simply says to get your remarks across you should start with a compliment than build in your point of criticism and then end with a “… oh and I really liked what you did with the report the other day”.
